Getting Serious
Have been on this site in the past but failed to follow through, lost some weight but did'nt maintain the discipline that this site gave me. Ended up in ER this past week due to high blood sugars, high calcium and kidney issues. It is time to quit fooling myself and get real. Am older and am hoping to find some support…
