108 oz of water. Logged. Heavy duty house cleaning, like washing windows scrubbing walls & ceiling fans. Vacuum, tore up cardboard boxes. Cleaned out closet. I am more sore now then if I had walked 3 miles. Especially my back & ankle. 800 mg of Motrin here I come!

thyroid cancer here. We finally got my meds correct & the old me is just about back after 3 years of hell. I went from running everyday to gaining over 100 and something pound in less then a year. It was a crazy ride! Got my 3 set of labs back Tuesday....all WNL. YAY!!!!

I am down 21lbs :) I treat myself to one half a cup of coke every 7 days. I drink 64+ oz of water a day. Its much easier to eat healthy snacks then it was 3 weeks ago. I am down a size in jeans. :) We're rocking this ladies!!!!

Coke.....yummmm COKES.........I treat myself to one can a coke on Wednesdays. Didn't have my coke today because hubby took all the cokes out of the house & put them down at his shop. It has been raining all day so I didn't bother to go get one. Didn't want to get wet....lol

My success is losing 11.5 pounds when I weighed in Wed. I'm trying to look at this as a change of eating healthier then saying I'm on a diet. My downfalls have been cokes and chocolate. Sounds like everybody is doing good. Yay for us!!! Today is day 13 & I have been staying motivated. Hubby is helping me a lot by making sure we have healthy food in the house. I became overweight 2 years ago when we found out I had thyroid ca. After they killed the thyriod I started putting on the pounds & it has been a struggle to get the weight back off.

Only thing I have is a treadmill. I didn't even think about doing upper body, I will go to Walmart and buy set of hand weights. The foot rest on my chair is a good idea too. I was starting to feel down cause I couldn't walk. Thanks :smile:
