I'm super frustrated with this too. When I started watching my calories I lost a few pounds right away, then I added daily workouts and gained that weight back, right away! Now I'm frustrated because I hate working out and would rather not do it, especially when there's no encouragement on the scales..... I'm not much help…

Okay thanks a lot for having a look. I don't track my water but I drink a lot of water or peach iced tea that I make myself with water and a tea bag. Thank you for the replies! Spanaval I didn't know about the diary settings, I opened mine. Any advice is so appreciated. I had a date with my hubby last night and splurged on wine and cheese. My first splurge in 2 weeks - don't judge me! LOL
