It has changed my life. I'm feeling strong and happy. I no longer have back pain and am more flexible than I was in high school. Be prepared it's a tough work out.

This has always been a hang up for me. When I was younger I felt like I was being really shallow by not dating shorter men. Now I realize that I just don't feel feminine with shorter men. I have accepted it and feel totally ok with it.

6'0" 180 would be amazing for me. That would put me at a comfortable size 14.
