Hi, has anyone gone to any of these yoga studios? One has opened up close to my house, I haven't done yoga but have considered it for awhile. Just wondering the benefits to a place like this vs a competitive yoga studio.

    It has changed my life. I'm feeling strong and happy. I no longer have back pain and am more flexible than I was in high school. Be prepared it's a tough work out.

    Go try it out! Most yoga studios (esp new ones) offer free or very discounted trial classes/memberships. I love yoga! I've found power classes to be more fun and better workouts so give it a go :)
