I hear you! The pros have given you some good advice and I will chime in with only a simple suggestion of doing something to keep you moving for just 10 minutes a day. And if that's too much start with 5 minutes. A slow but determined start will help you "check it off your list" and you can gradually build up as your mind…

I have been totally impressed with the huge database and the ease of logging!! MUCH better than Weight Watchers e-tools and even much better than SparkPeople!

I'm a random old person I reckon but I agree...I love to see the babies and talk to the mama's about them but I do not touch. My grandbabies are one and two and 2000 miles away so it's nice to see little ones about their age. I appreciate that all the mama's I've talked to seemed happy enough to let me admire them. Now…
