I don't get out at night much anymore since I broke my foot running at night - pnly me! However, I have a reflective vest I wear when I do go out on summer nights/early mornings and I have a jacket from http://www.ruseen.com/ to use on colder evenings.

I've never done P90X, but I've always heard it was hard. As PP mentioned, if you can, do Insanity. You'll sweat like you've never sweat before!

I never grind them up purposely. I'll either sprinkle them on dry foods or put them in smoothies. I don't like them to get wet before I eat them because I can't stand their consistency. For wet foods, like cereal or yogurt, I'll use flax. I also sprinkle hemp seeds on my foods as well if you're looking for another super…
