One Capuccino I skip breakfast. It is easier for me. I don't feel hungry til lunch. (And I would feel hungry if I ate only a small breakfast). This way I can have a bigger lunch and/or bigger dinner which in turn leaves me more satisfied. Intermitent fasting. If I want to have a nice breakfast I "save" some calories during…

Check out this link leangains.com/2010/10/top-ten-fasting-myths-debunked.html. #7 is about skipping breakfast.

Meal timing has no effect on your diet. And breakfast ist not the "most important" meal of your day. The things that really count are your calorie goal and hitting your macros/micros. I prefer "intermintent fasting" like you. I skip breakfast and feel less hungry during the day. Plus I can eat bigger lunch and dinner,…

Weird idea. You could try intermitent fasting 16:8. Meaning you don't eat for 16hours and only eat within a 8 hour window. For example: skip breakfast and start with a (bigger) lunch. That way lunch & dinner will definitely leave you satisfied. IF is easier for me / comes more natural. If I have a small breakfast I'm…

I weigh myself every day at the same time on the same scale. Result get automatically logged and synchronized with mfp (withings scale). It also measures bodayfat%. I prefer weighing myself every day because it shows an overall trend. Sometimes I see spikes that just dissapear after one day but that could have frustrated…

I used olive oil for my son's nappy rash. Worked very well. Sometimes I use it before I put on the shaving cream. Makes the shave smoother. Also like it for my hands. We produce our own olive oil. So I'm not worried about the costs/price. My wife makes a face scrub from coffee grounds and face masks with honey and egg (not…

I weigh myself every day. This way I can see how my weight fluctuates but I can also see the overall trend. I have several points on my graph that would paint a wrong picture taken out of context.

You can't outtrain a bad diet. You can eat what you want as long as you stay under your calorie goal (losing weight) or close to your calorie goal (maintaining weight).

Diet = looking good with clothes Diet + exercise = looking good without clothes

Eat according to your calorie goal and you will lose weight. You don't need exercises to lose weight. And you'll look good with clothes on. If you want to look good without clothes, then you need exercises. (You'll feel more energetic and healthy too.) Google "bodyweight workout" or "bodyweight exercise" to find good…
