What's wrong with eating raw if you can meet your food goals (calories, macronutrients, micronutrients etc.)? Besides lol broscience I haven't heard a good scientific argument against raw food. FWIW raw doesn't necessarily mean exclusively fruits and veg. You can eat fish and meat raw too. (I have seen raw liver recipes.)

There is ~10days in october where you did not log any food. Another 10 days where you logged only ~700kcal which is definitely not enough and might work against your goals. Very often you DON'T EAT ENOUGH. Try to meet your food goal. Eating too little is as bad as eating too much. I have set my goal to a 500kcal deficit.
