I know a couple people that tried it. It works although very hard to stick to and they gained weight back as soon as they stopped doing it. Hello Welcome. I have been using this site for 4 weeks and I am down 8lbs. My bigest problem with calorie intake was portion size. I never realized how much I put on my plate every night for dinner. The best thing I did was buy a cheap kitchen scale. Found one for like 5 bucks at walmart. Good luck to you:)

I have lost two lbs/week and have eaten most of mine back......sometimes it 's just way to much food. Your body needs more food when your working out. I make it up with healthy choices like lean proteins and vegies.
