Thanks so much everyone! I think I am going to take the advice to log in the night before and have my meals planned, I think that will really help. And also find some more exercises that I like. I can't wait for the nicer weather so that I can get outside and exercise!!!

I just bought a brand from walmart. They are really tight, I know they are supposed to be tight but when I'm gasping for air some times I wish I had the extra room that the spanx were squishing! lol They do make it easier to run though, as I'm not constantly thinking out the jiggle! lol

Same here, and I actually still do some of the times! lol Even though my youngest is 18months there are just so darn comfy! Huge congrats on your weight loss, that is amazing! So inspiring to see such great results!!

^^^exactly that! Also, make sure you are getting enough ZZZ's, that really makes me vulnerable to anxiety and panic attacks. And like she said above, caffeine is a HUGE trigger, for me anyway. I only drink half caf or decaf now. Just don't forget to take time to take care of yourself too :)

I know exactly what you mean. I gained so much weight taking anti anxiety medication and still haven't taken it off. If only it came off from removing the meds as easily it came of when adding the meds! I heard it can take months for your system to get back to normal, but really who knows, everybody is different. Thanks Everyone! I am eating in my deficit, just I find not only does exercise keep me feeling great and motivated especially with eating choices, it also makes me feel like my metabolism is moving faster.
