I am also on JC and love it, it's easy, no planning necessary, the meals are awesome and not only does it simplify my life it also get's me out of my comfort zone by trying new things and making me accountable by going to my weekly meeting. I lost almost 17 pounds before xmas and then had some personal disappointments…

stick to it. You might want to try to drink more water (1 oz for each lbs per day) and lower your salt intake:-) if you are already doing so, simply ignore my suggestion:-) good luck:-)

Hang in there! It's not easy but it is possible:-) It took me six weeks to lose 8 lbs but I have lost 2.5 inches on my tummy:-)

My weight is also mostly on my stomach and breast and the only think that has worked for me is to cut off all whites (bad carbs) white bread, white rice, white pasta, cakes, pies, etc… give it a try for 2 weeks you will see. Only 2 weeks is all it takes to truly see a difference on your stomach and breast. I stuck with it…

I am new to taking protein, so I appriciate any help that I can gte :smile: The protein that I have only has 5 g of protein, 0 g carbs and 20 calorie per 6 g servings which is way below what you suggested. Should I change for something better?
