Drinking Soymilk helped me along with Black Cohosh. It takes a while to kick in, for me soymilk was about one month and black cohosh after 2 bottles. I stopped and they restarted, so Im starting all over again. lol

Apple-cranberry oatmeal I found this on food.com but is a weight watcher recipe. 3 tablespoons oatmeal, uncooked 1 tablespoon dried cranberries 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce 1/2 cup water 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon Directions: Mix all ingredients together. :smile: Yes, I started drinking soymilk and it did help after about 1 month. I also take Black Cohosh. I didnt see a difference until about the 2nd bottle though.
