Use 2 slices of 35 bread, 1 serving of egg beaters, .5 teaspoon of vanilla extract. .5 teaspoon of cinnamon (more if you'd like) a packet of truvia. mix all that up, dip bread in, place in heated skillet cook, enjoy! I use sugar free syrup and it all comes in at around 160 cals

OK this was sooooo good, topped it with a couple grams of low fat cheddar and MMMMMMMM the only thing I would add (if it hasn't been) is the 4 hours may be a little long on high, no way 6 cups could be made from what was in pot, tho I'm sure cooking on stove would help that, I added a bit a water back in at the end lol

I find it terribly sad that we have people starving in our own countries and people will get this to continue to be glutton and just flush the "excess". Reminds me of the Hunger games books where they wealthy ate till they couldn't stand it then drank something to induce vomiting, so they could eat more..wow,just wow

Best to invest in a scale and weight EVERYTHING! It's much easier lol, but I would guess about 1.5 tenders would be around 3 but that is just a guess.

Just eat a healthy dinner and learn from experiences, my first day I had half a frozen pizza for dinner....after that I learned to pre log or at least figure out the cals lol

You can edit and add the names of your meals like I added vitamins to mine, make you a category for fruit and for veggies :)
