round 2. need friends and support again

I am doing this for a second time. I stopped 3 months ago, was down 10 lbs. But then life threw me a loop and I gained it all back plus a few more. Unfortunately, every one who helped me along that journey is either gone or deleted me. I need that support otherwise this will never happen for me.

    I deleted a lot of friends the other day, but when I got to your name I couldn't delete you. Something told me you were going to be back and you were going to need all the help and support you could get. I will help you in any way I can. You can do this!!!
