Hi all, I was having bother with week 3d1, I couldn't finish the two 3 mins, got to 2:50 on the first one and 2:15 on the second. So just completed w3d2 and finished the first 3 and got to 2:30 on the second 3. I took everyones advice here and slowed down today but it worked so I'm hoping for w3d3, I will get up the second…

Thanks a million everyone for the advice. I will definitely try the stretching and googling the shin splints. Maybe a new pair of trainers could be in order also. If all else fails I may have to slow down a bit :smile:
