  • Try this: Black Beans (canned) Corn (canned) White Onion Chopped Tomatoes Chopped Avacado All of this into a big bowl, then toss with juice from 1 Lime and Cumin to taste. I like to rinse the beans and corn to knock the sodium down a bit. Lots of taste and super healthy. Calories will depend on the brands that you choose.
