I just painted my downstairs kitchen and there is a category called "painting walls". Once it comes up, you can figure out what you burn by the number of minutes you are painting. You don't realize how much you really burn because I was climbing up and down the ladder, bending, reaching, stretching, etc.

I log all my fruit and veggies that I eat so I can get a very accurate calorie count. I'm a WW too and it confused me somewhat because I always thought to myself that some fruits have a lot of calories, so how could you possibly not count them. I think I like MFP a lot better because I can actually see the calories in/out…

I'm a transplant to the South for the last 12 years, and I have gained since being down here too. I find the abundance of fast food places really adds to the problem here and promotes unhealthy habits. I stopped going out to eat, that was the first thing I did.
