4/60 I'm starting at 1 min full plank and 30 second side plank on each side. My goal is 2 min full plank and 1 minute side planks. I also do TRX. My goal is to do a 1 min TRX plank. Currently I'm at 10-15 seconds. Happy Planking!

Hello everyone! Starting weight is 236.4 lbs and goal weight is 150 lbs. Phase 1 Goal is to loose 21.6 lbs. Good luck everyone!
