I'm a nutritionist. This is a professional and accurate site.

i think that is amazing!!!! I'm in it over a month and am only a 7 lbs. I'll be doing the dance of joy when I hit the 10 lb. mark. Congratulations to you.

Nice to meet you. We're all in the same boat and cheering each other on!
-
I believe it is accurate. Pilates is more weight training and you don't burn as much weight training at all.
-
Take Evening Primrose oil. It will help.
-
I understand completely. I'm hear to lose another 25 lbs as well. Good luck and reach out if you need support. This is a great site!

Welcome aboard. Consistency pays off. Log everything and get your exercise in and things will change. Good luck!

If I have that many calories left over, I add some frozen yogurt for dessert.

What a wonderful anniversary story. Congrats to you!

If it's first thing in the morning, I like to workout on an empty stomach. If you're up awhile first, then I would eat something. Personal preference applies.

I'm a chip-o-holic too. I usually get the baked potato chips or cheddar cheese rice cakes help. Sometimes I'll do the baked tostito chips with laughing cow cheese and salsa as an option too.

Change your mind, change your life!

Excellent! Keep it going. :flowerforyou:

You got it! Welcome.

I usually do Van's whole grain waffle with almond butter for breakfast but smoothie sounds good too!

REMEMBER...nothing tastes as good as skinny feels!

White wine spritzer or vodka. Bloody Mary are low cal.
-
That's excellent! Enjoy the moment. There's more to come!

I understand your frustration. Try cutting out so many carbs and up the protein a bit Also, add some weight training to your exercise routine rather then all cardio.
-
Now that's being resourceful!!!

I'm sure they are fine providing you are able to keep the right form with them on. I kickboxed with wrist weights had the wrong form and tore a ligament in my chest. It's been two years and it's never been right so be careful. I would suggest some days cardio, some days weight train to be safer.

Have a cup of tea. Hot makes the stomach feel full. If not, go for the rice cakes!

I'm a salt lover so my nemesis is chips!!! I'm thinking sweet is probably better because you don't retain water. Calories are probably the same.
-
You can change that diagnosis! That's the good news.

Definitely what the others are saying is true, make sure you are hydrated. Also, I've noticed when I'm away from yoga for a bit and then pick up again, the excessive toxin leaving the body can make me nauseaus.
-
Eat more if you are working out that much. Don't get your body into starvation mode. I'm just learning this about myself as well.
-
I think it's an excellent system. Weight Watchers is similar, however this offers more, and they charge you approx. $16 a month for it. Stick with this and it works.

Welcome! My plan is 50 and fabulous. I just turned 51 in Sept. Wishing you the best of luck. :flowerforyou:

Stay away from anything that says "diet" or "light", etc. Loaded with NutraSweet and that will absolutely be one of the worst things you can put in your body.
