Residual nauseau does that after a stomach flu. Sometimes it takes a full week or two to get your appetite back. Stay hydrated!!!

Any ego snack will do! Congrats!

Rest tonight. Tomorrow is another day. Just stay on top of your calories.

I've tried every diet out there. I had no weight loss with the South Beach diet, in fact I gained weight, as with the Atkins. Protein has more calories so it definitely did not work for me.

Just drink fluids and you'll release the bloat.

How excellent for you!!!! Cheers!

Just be dilligent with your food intake and you should be fine. The good news is when you don't exercise, generally you're not as hungry.

As a nutritionist I recommend, in a pinch and once in awhile they are fine but don't make a habit out of them. Real food is the only answer for the long term and how to survive with long term weight loss.

Menopause is an extreme challenge. It's only since I started 5 years ago that I have a weight problem. I eat well (I'm a nutritionist by trade), exercise daily and I put on 30 lbs!!! So now I'm logging everything I eat. I did have an initial drop of 7 lbs and now it's stuck there. I won't be defeated. I may not every be my…

3200 calories!!!! That's certainly a clue that some information was incorrect. My goodness, could you imagine eating that much!
-
Eat your alotted calories. Don't try to eat the additional calories you get for working out. That's how you'll lose faster.

Both, eating right, counting calories and exercising. It's a simple math equation...calories in vs calories out.
