I have never heard of flavored tuna!! Sounds interesting. Im a big flavor girl. Things have to have spice/flavor or else I dont feel like Im eating. Im in Michgigan near Detroit. I wonder if they have that at our Aldi (or any other grocery store for that matter). Im going to def look into it!! Thanks for the idea!!:happy:

Great Job!! U look Great!! Did you have 1200 cals on MFP or did you follow the TDEE? What type/amt of excercise did you do?

I measure once a week. I do my chest, waist, "pooch" , hips, thigh and bicep. I dont have a scale but weigh in once a week as well. I think measuring helps to keep you going when you plateau weight wise, but can see inches coming off. I want to be a "size" not a weight. Whatever weight goes with the size I like....so beit.…

Hi. I don't have a scale either. I did initial measurements a week ago and again today. I've lost 1and 1/2 inches in my waist!! =) I'm doing ok so far as well. I started a few months back but only did it for a short time. I'm back now for the long haul!!! WE CAN DO THIS!!

I dont have a scale either. I took my measurements so I can re-measure weekly (or whenever). I dont care what weight I am....I want to be a certain size....whatever weight goes with that so be it. If you think about it, you will loose inches if your losing weight, just a different way of tracking. Plus, the scale can be…
