I'm half way from my original goal weight of 140. I'm down 82 and have 81 to go!!! When I get to 150, I will evaluate to see if I need to lose more or not. I want to be around 20 to 22 % Body fat.

Here are my exercise numbers for Mon, Tues, and Wed. 2/4: 45 mins walking briskly; 45 mins treadmill Level 3.5 mph.=90 mins. 2/5: 120 mins walking leisurely.=210 mins. 2/6: 45 mins walking briskly; 30 mins treadmill level 3.5 mph=75 mins. 285 mins done and 215 to go!!
