Well I'm in Europe, but apart from the laws, I'm not sure I'd buy something that's been produced in someone's 'kitchen'. I can ensure you mine is clean, but you never know with people.

Yea would have ingredients list and macros, isn't that what we all want? I'm not able to tell you right now, but it would be smart and tasty.

What's 'clen' and 'chiba'?

Dude, men can look slim and ripped or big and ripped, right. I wanted to clarify I'm a women, no chance in the world will I ever bulge. Where do I say that I eat at a calorific deficit? Nowhere. I don't believe in counting calories, I cut my carbs and I've increased fat. I don't go hungry and I don't overeat. I do look a…

interesting article thanks. I knew 90% of that already, but it'll be useful to pass on to some friends maybe.

Have I mentioned I'm a ladee and I don't really want to bulk. I don't want to 'add' muscle, I want to burn fat and build muscle. Eating more calories wouldn't work for me I don't think. My body likes to keep fat and doesn't rip easily.
-
Creatine gives you energy to life heavier, no? What does it do then?
-
Ok thanks, will try it at different times of the day. If anybody else has an idea how to push it a bit more apart from creatine, keto diet and 2x2hr a week in the gym. And no I don't wanna spend more time there cos I'll get obsessed with it. Just need a bit more muscle and a bit less fat. Stuck.
-
I've starting a ketogenic way of eating and apparently it helps to lower glucose levels and therefore sugar cravings. I'm a woman and I want to achieve fat loss and look a bit more ripped. Cos just lifting and eating well ain't getting me there.

It doesn't matter -at the end of the day, but it matters if you have a sweet tooth or you are a girl with certain cravings at certain times of the month. If you eat small meals more regularly you have less of a chance to REALLY crave a pack of cookies/biscuits, because it's likely you've just eaten. And if you are…

Try 5x 300cals. Maybe have a protein shake as one of the meals. I managed that only for a week, but I wasn't adding cals on exercise days.
-
Ok so you want to eat about 1500 calories a day (maybe 1800 if you exercise). Do you know how little that actually is? You're asking if you can have pizza and beer on that? I wish you all the best to have the mindpower in first place. I've tried it and lasted 6 days, but I won't go into detail. It is possible, but you have…
-
Just answered your own question. If you are eating that little, try do 5-6 meals a day, eating constantly, so no time to get too hungry. If it's unbearable do 1500 (5x 300cals) (that's what I'm doing right now, surviving ok) and give yourself a bit more time. Don't give up. Dunno the exercise you're doing, but try…

This. OP in my humble opinion you are imagining it to be much easier than it is. If it was like that we'd all be slim. I'm not sure I understand right, are you planning to lose weight or just to stay the same? Firstly, if you just have a light breakfast, I assume you'll try to eat little during the day, in order to have…

That's what they should have been saying, give people a bit of explanation, but they didn't. And then oh diet pills don't work, and have loads of side effects, who would've thought. And then the little Englishman went to America criticising fast food and soda pop companies for advertising at the Olympics. You know it makes…

I've watched it last night. Thought it was total nonsense. They forgot to use common sense when they made that programme. eg. 'After you go running, you will be really hungry and eats LOADS, so there's no point in running.' Basically saying don't bother going to the gym and taking fitness classes.
-
Agree with everything that's been said and on top of that I'd get bio oil or a generic one (vitamine, not sure which). Post-pregnancy belly can be very genetic, luckily mine went down pretty quicky. I've been using bio-oil since early pregnancy so not sure if that helped or it's my genes. Anyway some of these oils can help…

I'm eating 5 x 300cals at the moment. High protein, low carb. I've been doing it for 4 days and will only do it for 2 weeks all togehter, to give myself the little push I want. After that I'll relax it a bit. I'm also lifting heavy weights. I do one breakfast, early lunch, late lunch, early dinner, late dinner. It's the…

I eat 5 x 300 cals. And I don't do my diary, sorry.
-
Would also like to know is it enough to just have a shake after workout and then wait a couple of hours till next meal? I feel funny.
-
Only you can do it, nobody can do it for you. Don't think 'I won't see a difference next week, if I'm good this week.' Picture yourself in 6 months time, if you start being healthy now. Have a treat every now and then.
-
And no, fizzy water doesn't bloat me, it refreshes.
-
I don't usually drink any juices at all, all I drink in the day is fizzy water...and 1 can of diet coke. I really like it and I don't wanna give it up. I think if you're otherwise 'good' you need a treat for yourself. Maybe that would work for you? But don't hold me responsible if the diet coke has actually harmed us…
-
Nobody is gonna do it for you.
-
When we women say toned, we mean we wanna look like these models. Slim lean and tight. But not muscley. That's why a lot of us fear heavy weights. Idiots like me, anyway.
-
I mean my body will look different whether I keep lifting heavy or light. Or will it not make any difference? You need to define 'strong' first before you can know who I'm pissing off.
-
Well maybe I think I'm bulging because I gain muscles but still like to eat a muffin, so there is fat as well? Or does that not make any sense. Can someone explain why it is that when you check out what the models with the long lean muscles and the lady who trains Gwyneth Paltrow do, they all say they don't lift heavier…
-
Hahaha thanks guys. I'll do a bit more googleing ;)
-
I must be the only girl in the world who actullly bulges really quickly, but that would be a different thread. Anyway, I have the same goal as you. You would consider me to be reasonably slim when you look at me and I just wanted to tone up when I started to go to the gym a year ago. At the beginning it went well, bit of…
-
Can someone explain that to me, please? I feel like I'm wasting all my time when I'm in the gym. I might as well not go!
