Slipping backwards

I lost 20 lbs this summer. Then I turned 21 and had vacation. No I seem to be in a constant circle of going to bars and eating way more then I should. I keep telling myself to cut back. I really need so support and help right now! Anybody have advice on how to deal. I am still exercising but I keep over eating or going to the bar with friends or both!

Read the article at this link whenever you feel yourself wavering. Better yet, put a big sign on your fridge AND the inside of the door you leave your house from (to go out to bars) that says..."INTERESTED OR COMMITTED?!?!?!?"

thank you that is very insightful. Prior to my birthday and coming home from summer classes I was committed. Eating healthy and tracking. Working out is no longer a problem for me. It is the eating and tracking right now! That was a great article and reminder! I think after my bff's bday tomorrow I will do a light cleanse and commit again! But I am going to start tonight by tracking what I eat and drink when I reunite with my sister finally! Thank you so much

If you have done it enough, figure out the extra calories you take in when going out. Then, make sure you actually put in the work to burn them before you go out and consume them.

You are young and should have fun. Nothing wrong with that as long as you put in the work to enjoy yourself.

Only you can do it, nobody can do it for you.

Don't think 'I won't see a difference next week, if I'm good this week.' Picture yourself in 6 months time, if you start being healthy now.

Have a treat every now and then.
