  • I'm a 38D and swear my by lululemon Tata-Tamers. I do crossfit as well, and anything that keeps my boobs from hitting me in the chin while running, but also holds them down during burpees is a winner in my book. I like that it has options to be a regular bra style or a cross back.
  • I'm lurking! I'm inept at technology and figuring out forums, but I can run ;-) If anyone still needs a teammate I'm happy to join in
  • I'm BayleighPaws. None of my friends have a garmin so I am looking for some friendly competition! and motivation!
  • Yes!!! As a 20,000+ stepper, I'm looking for people to help motivate me!!! I'm in!
  • I had a baby 4 months ago. He's my second and I recovered ridiculously fast. I was back to running by 4 weeks PP. I did run up to 30 weeks or so though. I found YouTube FitnessBlender Channel to be awesome for workouts. They have various levels and lengths, so it's great to workout around baby schedules!
  • Runtastic is just an app that tracks runs. I love it and had used it for years! It syncs with MFP, which I like. And keeps good record of your distance/pace/time/etc. there is an option to run by pace, which will verbally tell you as you go if you're maintaining your desired speed during your run. I recently signed up for…
  • I'm 5'9 (female). I'd like to get down to 160 and then take another look. I have a larger none structure, so I'm thinking anything lower may be too low. I am going to work on toning and building muscle, no matter what number I land on in the end.
  • Holy moly I wish I had 2 hours a day!! I've lost 100lbs since October with about 45 minutes to an hour of exercise a day. Strenuous exercise I suppose- I bust my *kitten*. I'm a SAHM, and I just do circuit training or running whenever I get a chance (ie; when the baby is napping).
  • At 5"9, 175lbs I have a thigh gap. I'm not even in a healthy BMI range [yet], I just have wider hips so my bone structures allows for a gap there I suppose... To be honest, nothing magical happened when it appeared. It wasn't there 30lbs ago, but it's here now and I'd likely not have noticed at all. People don't come up to…
  • Hi ladies! I had my little dude last August! I gained a ridiculous amount during pregnancy, and have lost almost 100lbs (pregnancy weighy and then some!) since October with MFP! Would love some mummy friends for motivation! I'm a stay at home mum... And really, have zero social life ;-)
  • Hi! My son turns one next month and I've managed to lose all the baby weight and them some! Now working on being healthy and fit before building baby #2!
  • What kind of positive results are you looking to see? Weight or size loss? For me, I notice results immediately, just not necessarily appearance wise. I notice how I feel better emotionally and how my body feels physically better when it's fueled properly and has proper activity! Seriously, it sounds cheesy, but its the…
  • I totally agree. Pregnant is definitely pregnant! Though, next time around, I'm going to stick to health choices and put down the ice cream!!! I don't count the actual lbs during pregnancy as a starting weight, I waited until October (2 months after delivery) to set a "real" start weight- even though technically I had lost…
  • Thank you!!!! I was frantically reading through forum posts to try to figure out how to fix the pictures!
  • This is all completely true, but keep in mind breastfeeding doesn't guarantee weight loss. For some people (myself included) it can actually make it harder to lose weight (and this can be very, very discouraging.... Especially since majority of information out there says "BF! You will lose weight!!"). Congrats on your…
  • I gained 70lbs when I became pregnant with my son. When I delivered on August 5 2013, I was roughly 290lbs. I tried to blame the weight on the pregnancy, but the reality is I was unhealthy long before that. Evidenced by the "skinny clothes" I had hid away in the back of my closet and storage. 5 years ago I was sitting at a…
  • I am a stay at home mum, so I don't have the same standards as most work places! That being said, not a day goes by that I'm not rocking SOME lululemon. My entire wardrobe basically consists of lulu lemon and blue jeans. So, basically, yes? But what I actually work out in is typically a sports bra, tank top and yoga pants.…
  • Oh my goodness! That was staring me right in the face! Thank you! I can't believe I didn't think of that!
  • Hello! I had my little one on August 5th, so we're just almost at the 6 week mark! I'm looking to lose almost 100lbs eventually, but starting small at 25lbs! BFing, but not exclusively (yet! There is still hope... if my milk ever decides it wants to come in fully).... I'm brand new to FitnessPal as well! Good luck!
