6'0" female. Currently around 162, was down to 153 last fall and gained happy relationship weight over the winter. Now the relationship is gone, so I decided the weight needs to go away too. Soo... I would say 150-155 as a goal.0

I'm 5'10 and my goal weight is 175.0

I'm 6'0" and about 211. I started at 278. My first goal is 200, but I'll probably wind up shooting for 185-190. I'll decide once I get there, or I'll open it to a vote.0

I'm 6' 1". Started at 215 lbs and went down to 190 lbs. But I am bulking up a bit now. Currently 195 lbs0

I am 6'3, and anything between 195 and 210 would be cool in my book.0

I'm a lady. I'm about 6' 0.5". My goal is around 160-175, but I stil think I look pretty good where I am at 185.
I'd say body composition matters more though. I look a bit different getting down to 185 with strength training and mild deficit compared to how I looked getting to 185 with south beach.0 -
I'm 5'11" and currently 220. Have been at 160 before and would love to be there again. First goal is 200 then would be happy about 165-170.0

5'11" female, medium frame. At my slimmest I was very sick and 150 lbs. (I looked awful). My goal is 175. Right now I'm 214, down from 230.0
-
I'm 5'9 (female). I'd like to get down to 160 and then take another look. I have a larger none structure, so I'm thinking anything lower may be too low. I am going to work on toning and building muscle, no matter what number I land on in the end.0
-
5'11 female. Aiming for 150 +/-50
-
5'8" but really small frame.
