Frozen Fruit/Veggie Calories

This may sound completely ridiculous, but I try to keep a very accurate log of my food intake. I eat a TON of berries/fruit/vegetables, and I find it easier (sometimes) to buy frozen, so we always have a good variety on hand.

Does anyone know whether or not the nutritional information is calculated based on frozen or thawed amounts? Majority of the packaging reports "x amount per cup" but, there can be a vast difference between 1 cup frozen and 1 cup thawed. I can find no information on any of the packaging (a wide variety of brands from a few different stores).

Any ideas?

Yw. Once you weigh things over and over for a period of time you will be able to eyeball it. I hate weighin crap but hey you do what you gotta do right?
