i love www.dailymile.com - you can track exactly where you went - it logs the km for you and your pace! Even a way up here in Northern Ontario, it has our streets on it! :)

I did the C25K a few years back and found it a very challenging program! A few questions for you - what are you eating prior to running - and how soon before? How fast are you running? Have good shoes? And good music?

last night i was SURE i was hungry - stomach actually felt hungry - so i had a few crackers w. dip then made myself go to sleep! woke up in the night for about an hour or so ... maybe i was hungrier than i thought.

Nurse here too! After almost 8 years of public health *right out of university*, I have moved into the hospital setting - yikes! Work mostly dialysis but on the floor as well ... struggling with the 12 hour shifts, eating and exercising! Pls add me ... i have no "friends" on MFP. :)
