I do this often as well. I am back on the diet again. It's very true; do not deprive yourself! I lost a lot of weight a few years back, I didn't deprive myself. I cut way back on the bad things and had a cheat day. Trying my best to get back into that way of life. It makes you feel so much better. Best of luck!…

She is LEAN and looks AWESOME! And I am sure she feels pretty damn awesome too. You should see the muscles on my boxing trainer! She is 53 and ripped and very proud of her bulging muscles. As she should be. To each their own is right! :drinker:

I take birth control and I do get anxiety the entire week before I get my period. Everyone is different. I try to just exercise, eat well and think positively. I get through it. Sometimes it feels unbarable but I manage. Some day I will see a therapist. I don't have insurance right now and live paycheck to paycheck. Until…

Oh it is much worse around "that time of the month". I can totally relate with you on that. I also work in a quiet office. When I feel anxious or panic little things will startle me too.

I'm glad I am not alone. I try not to worry so much as well. That's where it comes from. Feeling overwhelmed and just sitting and thinking way too much. I miss out on life too by worrying! I will try these methods and the things I am reading about in the mental health discussion forums :) Thanks everyone!
