Thanks for all the ideas :) maybe I will invest in a meat thermometer later on. I am still not sure I want to start eating meat again. I'd rather get a food scale first anyway! I ended up baking it on low and put BBQ sauce and provolone cheese on top of it. It came out okay, probably a little over cooked but not bad!

Thanks for all the advice and suggestions :) I will attempt to bake chicken tonight. I swear this is the first time I've ever have, kind of pathetic lol. Boneless skinless chicken breast, yes. I have rice, salsa and cheese...that bowl sounds good. I wish I could grill them, but no grill. Another stupid question - how do I know when it's done? Red meat is easy to tell. Chicken? Not so much.

Spinach, roasted peppers, mozz cheese and some balsamic vinegar. Grilled or baked wrapped in foil. When it is done, I top it with avocado.

This is also a concern of mine. So far, I am good. Although I still have about 40-50 pounds to go (for a total of 80-90 pounds). I've noticed recently that my arms are like bat wings, or will be, so I started to do some arm exercises. I plan on starting weights soon too.

Yup, just recently had this issue. I had my goal for weight loss to be 2 pounds a week and I upped it to 1 pound a week. Dizziness is gone. (and I have 50 or so pounds to lose, so 2 pounds a week is not crazy for me)

Most of the time, my snacks and meals are all about the same calories. 250-350 per meal or eating time. I just like almond milk better, it tastes better to me. But I like hemp milk better than both soy and almond milk. I don't drink any of it straight, I use it in cereal, coffee or smoothies.

There are other ways to exercise. Walking or swimming wouldn't cause sweat or at least not a lot. Her excuses are invalid. :) eta: Unless she truly has a medical condition, of course.

I keep sweets out of sight. My parents also sent me candy, not a whole lot but some, and I put it in the cabinet above my fridge. Out of sight, out of mind.
