I have been reading a few posts of people eating hemp hearts what do they taste like? Also is it a good source of protein and where do you get them?

  I mix it in with oatmeal and I don't taste it. I've never eaten them solo, so I don't know what it tastes like really.
  
  It's a complete protein, so yes, good source.
