  • This is without exercise. Once you log your exercise in it will allow you to eat those calories so your net calories should still equal 1300. Say you wake up and eat 200 calories for breakfast. you would be at net 200, Then you exercise and burn 300 calories. You would be at net -100. So now you need to eat your original…

  • Thanks.. and I am pretty excited about it but I don't want to get too excited if I'm hurting my body in the end. I will see how this week goes and then re adjust my activity level which in turn will have me eating more calories. Just have to keep up the Good calories and minimize the Bad Calories.
  • I'm right there with ya. After 3 weeks I have already noticed a difference in my energy level. I do take a Stress B-Complex Vitamin daily though so that helps with the energy level also but I was having to take that way before I started this journey.
