Dealing with stretch marks/saggy skin?

Ive noticed a saggy skin tu my apron that is starting to drive me crazy. I never thought about a tummy tuck, but I kind of am even though I really don't want to do it. I would LOVE to wear a bikini and am fitting into some size 4s instead of a tight 16 so I think it's doable, but not with that nastiness hanging around. I'm only 29 so I was hoping it would spring back a little more quickly. I'm also noticing some wilty stretch marks that I never noticed when I was heavier.
Does anyone have any suggestions other than surgery to help this out? I drink way more than 8 glasses of water a day, probably more like 16, so adding more isn't really an option. I was thinking of trying the fatgirl slim cream by bliss they sell at sephora, but I am wary that it's just a gimmicky thing to waste money on. So any ideas?
I also have a little bit of a gobble under my chin now that there's only one of them, so suggestions for that area are also welcome!

I have some saggy skin on my apron too - even though my weight loss was slow and steady. I think my 40 year old skin is just not as elastic as it used to be. So, this week I started applying vitamin E oil to the problem area and am hoping for some success. I am not sure if it will work, but when I was pregnant I applied the same oil and did not get any stretch marks. I figured it was worth a try again.0

This is what I am most scared of as I embark on losing the "baby weight".. LOL my baby is 8.. I'm afraid I will look worse and be more self conscious of saggy skin than of being overweight. I know that it is all in my head and I will be healthier and live longer without the extra weight but I don't think I would be able to afford any surgery afterwards.0

I don't think any creams work for stretch marks. I have learned to live with them. I wear a bikini and don't really care what anyone thinks. I tuck my apron into my bikini bottom lol.0
