If your looking for a good meal replacement make sure it's got all the vitamins and minerals you need. I use herbalife which does it's own protein powder to put in to the meal replacement shake.

Best way to build muscle is to eat more Protien :laugh: . Do you do any strength exercises?

I would agree with mockchoc you need to eat more protien and less carbs. Are you drinking your two litlres and are you eating atleast 3 meals a day??? Good Luck
