According to the calculator I'm a 34D, which is impossible! B cup is snug, and C cup is loose for me. My boobies are nowhere near a D! So funny. But the information on band size is useful; I never understood it before.

I've lost 30lbs since the beginning of May. I was mad a myself that it was summer and I still was too out of shape for hiking, biking, etc. So I committed myself to eating smaller portions, no more snacking, and no cheating! Summer was my motivation .

I eat at my goal weight's calories, and then I don't add back exercise calories. So far I've lost 40 lbs.

If you are only going out a couple times a month, and you don't usually have "cheats", then it's okay to relax and just have fun. Eat lighter meals earlier in the day (I usually just cut out carbs for the day since that saves a lot of calories), make sure you get your day's exercise in, and then go have a good time.…

I don't think cheat days are a good idea. After all, the goal shouldn't be to go on a strict overly lo-cal diet where you need cheat days to stay sane.
