Jillian Michael's Killer Buns and Thighs will work your butt!!

I don't know much about yoga. I do have Jillian's Yoga Inferno, but it's a full body workout.
-
I bought a Shock Absorber with a racerback, butit doesn't work for me. It puts too much strain on the muscles close to my neck and give me headaches!! I also have a Panache which I love, which has straps going over my shoulders. They work much better for me.

Jillian Michaels's 6 Weeks 6 Pack is intense and takes about 30 minutes. Also her Killer Abs has 3 levels and are all 30 minute workouts. I also love Bob Harper's Ripped Core, but are more 45 minutes or so.

You can also try Jillian Michaels's 6 Weeks 6 pack or Killer Abs. Both have different levels so you can progress and it only takes 30 - 40 minutes. Bob Harper's Ripped Core is also nice and takes about 45min.

The wheel was invented just for me!! Been there, done that, got the t-shirt. Not going to try it again.

Bob Harper' "Ultimate cardio body" and "Total body transformation" are some of the hardest workouts I've done! Both are hour long workouts and it really pushes you out of your comfort zone.
-
I also just log all my DVD workouts as circuir training since they are all strength and cardio combined.
-
Yeah, mine is also counted into my daily activity level. I log riding separately.

We've got 37*Celcius today! It's scorching outside!!

You can eat fruit - dried or fresh. Yoghurt is also a good idea. Salad that you can pack into a little cooler bag to keep chilled.
-
Thanks for all the ideas!
-
Thanks for all the input. Do you think 2 days a week, 60 minutes per session is okay. I thought that 60 minutes might be quite long?

A good sportsbra really does make a huge difference! This is quite a nice article to read http://www.shape.com/blogs/working-it-out/how-i-learned-work-out-busty-girl

I love my abs so much, that I protect them with a layer of fat so that they cannot be harmed by anything!!
-
I just LOVE Jillian Michaels DVD's and have a whole collection of them! You can do 6 Week 6 pack, which is actually also a complete full body workout and very also a lot of cardio! I also alternate between No More trouble zones, Ban fat boost metabolism and the different levels of Killer Abs and Killer Buns.

I'm 42, married and lots of kids - but they've got very hairy bodies. 3 horses, 3 dogs and 2 cats. Both my husband and I are teachers and we chose not to have even more kids in our lives!

Hi, I'm from Tulbagh in the Western Cape. You're welcome to add me if you want.

Girl, enjoy it! You've worked for it, you've earned it. Now, smile and walk away. Or stay and chat if you want, but just enjoy it all the same.

I went to an introduction to Kettel bells class last week and could hardly walk the next day! I'm going to do it twice a week at the gym.
-
I did it after I did 30DS and it nearly killed me the first few days of each level. I did it for 3 weeks on each level and got good results. My core strength increased dramatically. The only thing was that it got very boring after about a week on a level! Now I do it inbetween other workouts. Actually forgot about that one…
-
Bump to read later.
-
Love all the ideas! I get so bored with my whole wheat tomato and ham sandwich!
-
I often workout barefoot and used to do 30DS barefoot too. Trainers do give you more stability, specially when you have to balance on one leg, do lots of plyometrics, ets. But, it's not a trainsmash if you don't wear trainers if it makes you feel more comfortable.

Oh puhleeze! Now I have to feel bad because I don't have a bikini bridge!! WTF next??
-
Jillian Michaels's "Killer Buns and Thighs" is great! I really got good results and only started level 3 recently. It's a good cardio and strength workout all in one.

Riding is a great workout and without realizing it, your muscles have to work very hard to rebalance with every step the horse takes. It's like sitting on an exercise ball. Everything about riding and working with horses is very physical - I don't have the luxury of a groom, so caring for my 3 horses are hard work.…
