honestly, you can't always go by the scale. if you're working out, you'll get a ton of those. You're getting extremely tight all over your body, muscle weights more then fat. 5 pounds of muscle is like half the size of what 5 pounds of fat is.

Hip hop abs is awesome, I mean you don't feel much of a burn and you don't get out of breath. it's only 30 minutes a day and it's fun to do. You don't really feel like you're working out. I recommend it to those who despise working out. A fellow MFP friend of mine saw amazing results from it.

make a fruit smothie and throw a tablespoon into it, you barely taste it.

oh no! try upping your intake for a few weeks and don't eat back your calories, switch up your workouts and drink water. You'd be surprised what that would do, that did it for me and my plateau. Change up your diet more often, and your work outs. Don't do the same thing every day.

your weight will change between like three pounds throughout the day. your body retains water from salt also. It's annoying.

I never really got into alcohol nor do i drink much at all but i know that the skinny girl mixes are very good. try those, for a skinny girl margarita small bottle, it's like 160 calories, not too bad for a margarita.
