I feel bad and like I let you guys down. I didn't' workout yesterday to 30 day shred. I didn't workout at all. I was wheezing and coughing and well sore. But i will be working out today and making up for the lost day somewhere in the 30 days :)

I enjoy working out in the morning. I don't work so I'm able to wake up a little before working out but like to get it done before lunch time. I have noticed personally if I workout to late then I can't sleep.

I got up bright and early this morning and did 30 day shred. So proud of myself. I put Pandora on to station Nickelback so I could workout and jam at the same time. It worked great I will be doing that again.

Started out at 216.4 Week 1-212.8 Week 2- 211.8 Week 3- 215.4 I gained this week big time but I wasn't making the right choices and I have to own up to that. I feel horrible but I know that I got this. I CAN and WILL do this. My goal is to be at 197.5 (halfway to my goal weight) by Christmas Eve.

Week 0 weight 216.4 Week 1 weight 212.8 total weight loss of 3.6lbs in one week. it feels great however I have had a horrible week thus far (my week starts on Wednesdays). Back on track today but just feel horrible for eating so bad for so many days :sad:

I have been walking/jogging and it feels great. I'm looking forward to this next week because here in Minnesota it's suppose to be really nice (70's) so that is great walking/jogging weather.

Thank you both. I got thru last night just fine better than I thought I would do I didn't eat any of the bad stuff. I'm going to go buy some of those quest bars to help with some of my sweet cravings. Thanks again.
