Hello everyone! I'm returning to MFP after a 3 year hiatus. I weighed 202 then, currently 210. I would like to end the year at 190lbs with an ultimate goal of 175lbs. I will log in daily. Add me as a friend for encouragement. Good luck!

Please add me....goal for 90 days is 25lbs, overall goal is 40. Starting weight is 210. I WILL get 10,000 steps daily. I WILL cut out added sugar. I WILL plan my meals.

I would like to lose 40lbs.....I signed up for a challenge to lose 2.5lb weekly and have 25lbs off by Christmas. That would be a great present to myself!

Congratulations!!!! I gave up milk about a year ago but I still consume cheese which I probably shouldn't. I have added biking and using the dvd's that are collecting dust on the shelf. I hope to have nice results by the end of the month.

Count me in.....This is day 2 on MFP. I signed up almost a year ago and only lasted about 3 days. I want to make goal weight this time.
