Thanks for your support, 6 kids certainly is a challenge but it's not my excuse. No SANDPAPERTHIGHS this summer for me! Hope you all reach your goals!

Don't look at the long time goal, set small achievable goals and make sure you have rewards for these achievements (not food!). Maybe you could write your goals on here so it keeps you accountable, let's face it it's easier to lie to yourself than to lie to others! Keep up the gr8 work!!!
