14 months after, careful with my carbs and working out a 500 calorie burn every other day:
now i've regained some weight, not too much, but i know how to get em off ^^0 -

All of your photos and successes are very motivating. After 2 kiddos and taking the "ah I'm pregnant approach to eating" I have a long way to find the "old" me. She's hiding in there somewhere and week by week I am determined to find her.

41, been on MFP for 8 months. Started at 143.6 kgs (abt 315 pound) now at 116.7kgs (abt 60 pounds down.)
