definitely just tried the tennis ball... worked well, but my dog was rather angry at me when I stole her tennis ball haha!

I'm on week 3 of training for the Cleveland Half Marathon in May! I am super nervous because this is my first race. I am following higdons novice training plan. I usually run more than what it says on the plan, is this bad? I don't want to burn out since I still have months before the actual race.

Thank you! Do you suggest I change my numbers to 50% 20% 30% or a different combination. I just want to be able to fuel my body for long runs but also maintain a healthy weight.

I lift weights about 2 times a week. Nothing too intense though. I also do Brooke Burkes tone and tighten DVD at least twice a week. I am afraid to get bulky.
