Give a ride to. I give strangers rides all the time. It's common in the DC area in a semi-organized way.

Because most workplaces have written policies that spell out what is and what is not appropriate. Establishments such as restaurants do as well. Dressing too revleaing for a given situation sends a message of sex and I don't care if you're male or female. If you dress in a very revealing way, you're advertising sex. I do…

Not appropriate for the office, but probably great for a night out: Appropriate for any situation and she has big boobs.

The workplace. Because dressing in a revealing manner is not always acceptable. Trust me, I wear as little cloting as possible myself whenever I can get away with it too but there are situations where it's not acceptable. If I go to a nice restaurant with shorts, flip flops, and a stringer tank on I expect to not get…

^this One could look at a fat redneck and assume they're dumb as well. If anything the in-shape guy at least knows about fitness and nutrition. But the fat redneck guy might be a genius for all you know also. I'd also say stereotypes of any type are wrong a lot of the times especially when it's something like body type. I…

They all have their own taste just like we do. But I'll say in my experience the one time someone told me I was getting too big and was getting scary was when I was about 230 lbs and not fat. I'm 198 now for comparison sake. On the other hand I had dated a girl back in the day that liked when I was bulked up like that too.…

Nothing except the lunch I brought with me - a salad and a protein bar.

Women I either had a relationship with or wanted one with think I'm judging THEM because I track MY calories. But I don't care what others eat, I care what I eat.

When I was really cutting I was at 75g or less. Now I'm at 240+.

I don't drink that much or that often but when I do, I save the right amount of my carbs and calories for the alcohol. I normally only have a few drinks so it's pretty easy to manage. Although last week the first night on my vacation I definitely went overboard. lool

Set up a home gym. I workout at home and got all my stuff on Craigslist. for dirt cheap. I'm talking 10 cents on the dollar for what the equipment normally cost in stores. I got a $400 squat rack for $40, a $100 heavy bag for $10, a $200 rowing machine for $20 etc.

No, I usually eat one every day.

I played trampoline basketball with my kids last week. Now THAT was a workout! I then jumped on a bouncey house thing and rode a pedal car around a track which further kicked my *kitten*. Basically looks like this... http://www.basketball-hoop.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/03/trampoline-basketball-hoop-4.jpg

Fun is in the eye of the beholder. I think lifting weights is fun. I also think running obstacle races is fun. Bicycling? Walking your dog? Swimming? Martial Arts? Any exercise can be fun if you think it is.

No. There is a problem between the diet and the exercise (likely both).

I'm not diabetic but all the protein powders I use barely have any carbs at all. Cellucor Cor-performance whey only has 3 carbs per serving and one of that is fiber. Syntha-6 only has 7 carbs and 2 of those are fiber. Both of these come in awesome flavors too.

Black iced coffee from Starbucks.

Substitute the junk food with heatlhy foods that taste equally as good. You can't change other people, don't try I wasted 12 years trying with my soon to be ex.

The only way to do it right is for yourself. Also as far as relationships go, never go backwards always forwards. Getting divorced right now myself. I look forward to new relationships, not old ones.
