I rarely drink these days but I partied hard in college too. What I'd suggest is just be strict during the week and then one night a week (Friday / Saturday) just go nuts and don't worry about it. As long as you're strict on the other days, you'll be fine.

I don't usually drink very often but this past weekend I drank on Friday and Sunday. So I had planned to reduce my carbs those days from other sources to account for the beer. Well, on both occasions I went way over on the beer consumption and stopped counting after a while. lol Weight stayed the same though.

To make weight in a lower weight class for a powerlifting competition last month (which I won). Now my reason for staying lean is to look good at the pool on my vacation.

I'm in better shape than 90% of the 20 year olds I come across in the Army. I have no doubt I can keep up with anyone. But I also wouldn't waste my time with dating a 20 year old regardless. I'm very picky about who I'd actually date which includes a pretty specific age range..

no idea

Right here. Although as stated before I couldn't stand the immaturity of a 20 year old compared to a mid-late 20 something.

I'm 41 and would not date a 20 year old. 25 is my limit on the lower age bracket and that's pushing it. My rule of thumb for how young to go is 1/2 your age plus 7. So for me that's 27.5 which I think is pretty reasonable, but I'd go to 25 if she was mature enough.

It's terrible. Lose water quickly, drink some water and it comes back quickly. No fat was lost due to the suit either. And it's dangerous.

Can be but mostly, you got to just do you. When my wife first left, I had some of that kind of motivation but it was really just anger. Well that's basically gone now, it's been a while. My motivation just comes from within. I don't really even think about her at all (good or bad) as far as relationship stuff goes now. I…
