I do have a daughter. She's only 7 but is so far just a fast runner (she outruns her 9 year old brother). They used to like try and do pretend workouts when they were smaller when I was working out in the garage when I used to have them. I don't get see them as much anymore but when I have them I try to do active things…

I suppose it depends on what you drink. And personally, I usually have mine with a meal. But as far as them being extra, they're not extra to me I just eat less of some other carb source that day. Either way i stick to my calories allotted for the day. But yes you're better off not drinking for the most part.

That's great. I did the same exact thing as a kid and just never stopped. Always did tons of pushups and situps etc.
-
I just drink one per quarter and have either lunch or dinner with it depending on if it's a night or day game. I love it, we have a large group that all watch the game every week together at this bar I go to .

1) yes i met my soon to be ex wife on there 12 years ago 2) yes for the most part i liked all the women i met on there except one that just wasn't as hot as her pic (the rest were though) 3) sure 4) no 5) ask the same stuff you'd ask them if you met in person 6) yes, probably will after divorce is final 7) it's been a long…

I rarely drink except during football season. But when I do I just account for the calories by eating less carbs that day. My total calories stay within my goal regardless. I usually drink 3 or 4 light beers and that's it, so not a real issue for me.

Sssssheaaaat! I used to give my kids whey as infants. They got hayooge on that stuff. http://www.infantfeeding.info/whey.htm lol srs my daughter was allergic to regular formula. But when they got older I did get them some of my protein shakes when I'd make them for myself. They just called it chocolate milk. There's…

Sounds like a terrible idea. Lose some water weight only to gain it back a week later.

If you start drinking black coffee, even if you don't like it at first it grows on you. I pretty much drink it black 90% of the time now. Sometimes I'll use either almond milk or skim milk but not often.

I read Metallica vitamins at first glance. LOL

Being tall is not a disadvantage for deadlifting. Gary Heisey was one of the best deadlifters in history and he was 6'7". He held the world record for long time. http://www.getbig.com/boards/index.php?action=dlattach;topic=277576.0;attach=317748;image

Honest opinion here. You need to add some muscle and lose fat if you want to see them. Lift heavy and in fact do weighted ab exercises along with your calorie deficit and they will come.

I lived in Hinesville for 3 years and hated it. lol Savannah was the closest place to do anything and it was what about 45 minutes away or something. I should have lived closer to there, I would have had a better experience for sure.

More urban I guess is how I'd put it. Once you go out west or further south it becomes very rural which is nothing like where I live. Then there is VA Beach area which is totally different again. Also this area has some of the richest counties in the US. While there's a lot of poverty areas in other parts of the state.

Northern Virginia, close to DC. Kind of speaks for itself with that I guess. I'll also say that NOVA as we call it is nothing like the rest of Virginia, may as well be a different state.

Mean because she guessed pretty close to my correct age in another thread. lol guess I should go back to posting a body shot instead of this one

I'd venture to say that the real thing isn't even as good as the real thing unless its the Cheesecake Factory. Nothing is as good as the Cheesecake Factory. But I'd say some of the protein cheesecakes I've done were as good or better as generic store bought ones at least.

I've posted a bunch of mine before but a good resource for ideas that I use is below. I take his and basically tweak them a little here or there depending on what ingredients I have laying around. Or sometimes I just come up with my own but this guy has tons of them.…
-
Yes, you can definitely do it that way. I switch up the recipe a little depending on what i have laying around. I also make regular protein cakes (non cheesecake) all the time and sometimes I use pancake mix as the base or actual cake mix. There's tons of ways to make these things and they always come out tasting good but…

Say, "dude I'm on the rag again, you still wanna do it?". Kidding, just say its that time of the month or something.

What are we 12? Just say it, wouldn't bother me at all. And if you want to really get TMI, it's never stopped me from sexy time either. lol Towel on bed, let's go! Shower right after.

Looks good! I make a high protein one. Sometimes I'll use different flavors etc. I made a chocolate one last time (see below). Today I'm probably going to try a bannana flavored one. : Chocolate protein cheesecake. 8 oz fat free cream cheese 6 oz fat free greek yogurt 1 package of fat free sugar free pudding 1 scoop…
