So yeah, I got drunk tonight. I had set aside 740 calories for alcohol. I ended up pretty close and drank 750 cals. I only went over my daily goal by a couple of cals which isn't bad at all.

lol yeah really I'm 41 and feel young still. It's definitely more about confidence and personality than anything else. I had a friend in college that was way overweight but everyone loved his personality and he was just a fun guy. He used to get tons of girls.

Seems more common than one would think. I know several people with the same issues. Personally i don't get it because I'm not in that same boat but I know a lot of people are. Key word is diet soda (personally I prefer something like sugar free redbull). But if there's no diet drink to go with, be careful. Just go enjoy yourself. I went on vacation recently and pretty much just ate whatever I wanted. Came back basically the same. And I ate quite a bit of everything.

I usually stream Pandora and switch between a few stations like Megadeth radio, Pantera radio, Black Sabbath radio, Heavy Metal radio, and between those stations I get plenty of variety.
