I absolutely adore yoga. i try and do a bit every day, I do a lot at home as i haven't been able to make it to a class lately but I am planning on re-starting classes as soon as i can and I find it's great for your mind as well as body, Remembering to breathe is sometimes difficult but always helps with the postures. There…

as a way to motivate myself, I put £1 in a pot every time i go to the gym. when i reach a goal, I will treat my self from the pot of money. ultimate goal is tattoo work, interim goals, haven't given much thought, maybe new shoes/outfit? that kind of thing. :-)

yeah, it does rather, doesn't it .

find another way of rewarding yourself, like a new item of clothing/outfit, whatever. I have decided to put £1 in a pot every time i go to the gym and treat myself from it when i reach a goal. works for motivating me! :-) ultimate goal reached means i get some of the planned tattoo work done, long way off that yet though!

anyone wanting more friends can add me, As I have changed a few things about for various reasons, I will tell you a little about myself. i am Chrissy,29, from Reading (UK), I accept all friends requests but I do like to chat and very much enjoy the social aspect of this site. Hope you are well and would love to be able to…

hello. :-) glad to hear you're doing so well, that's really great. I've been here a while as you can see and am not going anywhere soon so if you would like to be friends, I accept all but I will warn you I like to chat. :-)

rarely. if i do, it's a bit of concealer and mascara. not much.

very British. Currently drinking tea like the stereotype dictates. feel free to add!

I very rarely wear high heels, I am far more comfortable in flat shoes. if i do wear heels, the SO makes me pack a pair of flats otherwise I get incredibly whingey. I will wear heels if the occasion calls for it but I love boots, smart trainers and pumps best of all. I'm okay with being short.

I really cannot get on with Jazz. I will listen to pretty much anything else and my music tastes are quite eclectic but Jazz-more specifically jazz with singing over the top. Not sure why I dislike it so.

also loved the video you posted. Fake people wind me up, for example, an ex colleague of mine sent me a picture of her latest Marvel t-shirt purchases as she knows I love Marvel . Later that evening she was complaining about her boyfriend making her watch Thor. It makes me sad.

I struggle to find trousers that fit, they're ususally miles too long in the length. also reaching stuff that's on high shelves, being used as an arm rest, being picked up and spun round like i'm some kind of ragdoll.

brilliant. pretty spot on.

Youtube should have a vast collection. hope you find something that suits you. I love Yoga and need it in my life for my mental peace as much as my physical flexibility and fitness. One of the best decisions i ever made was to take a class and I was hooked from day one.

^^ this ^^couldn't have put it better myself.

I listen to music, watch what's on the tv screens and people watch.

I am usually open to receiving advice from people at the gym but lately this one guy pretty much follows me around and criticises me. it happened twice last week and it's beginning to get just a bit annoying. I will always listen to people's opinions, and particularly those of the gym employees but this guy is not one of…

I would be interested to see the responses to this as I am considering doing something similar. A lot of my workouts are not accurately measured by my Heart rate monitor as I like to lift and do a lot of yoga and unless I'm doing pure cardio I know the HRM is not a reliable source of information.

yes. so much yes. I find them almost hypnotic. I am fascinated and mesmerised by a lot of tattoos. none myself as yet but there are a few in the planning stages.

I am a friendly person and love to chat with people, I'm very much in the more-the-merrier camp. I also love being able to talk to people about fitness and have them understand or actually listen to what i have to say rather than boring my facebook friends with it who couldn't care less. I love sharing the successes of…

still amazed at all the Reading/ Berks people on here! I accept all friends requests, I am very friendly and do like to chat so if you're the sociable type we would get on well. :flowerforyou:

I can do it, if I'm out with my best friends it can happen a lot. I do find as the only sober person everything is a lot less funny than the other people think it is.

I love exercise. It's my hobby and therapy and also has positive effects on my body. my favourite forms of exercise are walking, swimming, weight lifting and yoga. pretty obsessed with yoga right now. it's got to the point that I need to do some fairly regularly in order to keep my mind at peace.

also this. some men just look odd with facial hair, others can make it work very well.
-
personally, I like clean shaven or a bit of stubble on a man.

The gym. by a massive amount. it has more equipment, it's my escape/ time for me when i can just get it done and go home. I wouldn't do half as well without the gym.
-
absolutely!
