i have 1/2 cup oats, 1 scoop of protein, 1/4 cup of berries and about 200ml of milk. oats works out at 196cals, the protein powder is 125, the berries 124 and the milk is 49cals

my current favourite breakfast is oats, vanilla protein powder, mixed dried berries all mixed with a bit of milk and cooked up. love it!

I love the gym, lifting is my favourite and it drives me insane if i can't go. I have goals to reach which motivate me and the only time i don't go is when i'm sick or too tired ( so much so that it'd be unsafe)

my most recent NSVs have been my trousers fitting looser, passing my personal trainer certification, and a 270kg (595lbs) leg press. that's not been a bad week at all. congrats to everyone on their fantastic NSV's :smile:

currently a nursery nurse as we'd say over here, i think everywhere else it's called daycare/ kindergarten. so i get to play, a lot. build lego, debate superheroes. not a bad thing to be paid for. :smile:

I grew up with his music and have always had a fondness for him as a musician and personality. great thread :) LOVE tea and it's scones with jam and butter for me. as for weighing people, I weigh myself in stones but log in kgs and lbs so people understand what on earth i'm on about as it seems a few people on my friends list understand struggle with the concept of stones.

chest is normally tuesday for me, depends on the workout cycle i'm on. deliberately never on a monday
