I've never subscribed to the 'eat for two' in all of my pregnancies, whilst i've not done too bad for morning sickness, i've always suffered from smell aversion and my appetite tends to wane, I make sure I eat, but i'm never in a mood for a huge meal.

I used to get them, but my last few swims i've managed to avoid them, but I think my form is still building, so perhaps my foot is inadvertantly more relaxed than it would usually be. Let me know if you find a pattern/way around it.
